NEW YORK—August 15th, 2017—Morgan James’s new release, The Success Factor: Unconventional Wisdom for Small Business Success by Ernane Iung, weaves together a fun, informative commentary concerning the prudence of unconventional wisdom in business, for start-up entrepreneurs and new, fast growing companies.
The trouble with conventional wisdom is that it is not new. Ask anyone and it will have been heard a hundred times over from older relatives and mentors out of the game. The problem with many of these age-tested methods is how they do not translate to the current business climate. Or worse, they view symptoms of problems as their cause.
The Success Factor: Unconventional Wisdom for Small Business Success is a guide that understands how this older wisdom can be less than perfect. It instead offers cutting edge, proven practices fresh from the field. It does not tell, but suggests what might be done, letting readers access the material they need without citing doom and gloom if ignored. These practices are tools to be used by readers, not rigid plans for success. Anyone who controls their business can use what they need to solidify their business.
Within the unconventional wisdom, The Success Factor also engages with factoring, the importance of outsourcing, finding and marketing to the ideal customer, and outmaneuver and outperform the competition. These and other factors build upon the importance of solidifying and expanding the effectiveness of the business to enable optimum performance worth the effort of not only the employees, but the management team too.
