NEW YORK— December 8, 2020— Morgan James’ new release, Jiu Jitsu Training Journal by Lee Baucom and Bethany Marshall, is a training tool created for Jiu Jitsu practitioners who are ready to take their learning to the next level. The Jiu Jitsu Training Journal shares a methodical approach to training and helps format Jiu Jitsu training for reflection and learning.

Baucom and Marshall discuss gym rules, healthy training practices, how to be a great training partner, and how to continue to progress through the Jiu Jitsu journey in order set up Jiu Jitsu practitioners up for success. The Jiu Jitsu Training Journal will help practitioners progress effectively and efficiently.

With any instruction, it is easy to lose track of the learning. This is particularly true regarding a complex set of new physical moves, not just information to memorize. This training journal gives those learning Jiu Jitsu a methodical approach to track their progress, reflect on their training, and retain everything they learn. Alongside their direct instruction, Lee Baucom and Bethany Marshall’s journal entries serve as illustrations for later lessons. By sharing Jiu Jitsu Training Journal, Baucom and Marshall hope to help those practicing Jiu Jitsu set and attain their goals.
