Over the past four years Bob SalGloveOfTheirOwnomon has dedicated his life to helping children using baseball as a platform. He helped produce the award winning children’s book, A Glove of Their Own, and created a movement that mirrors the book’s theme of spreading kindness with a pay-it-forward mindset. It has made a difference by impacting children in an attempt to better their future and inspire. About the Authors:
Debbie Moldovan is a native of New Hyde Park, NY and a Hofstra University graduate. Currently residing in Basking Ridge, NJ with her husband and three children, she spends her time volunteering with several charities, supporting local athletic programs, and being active in her children’s schools. Debbie is currently teaching preschool while following her life long dream of writing children’s books.

Keri Conkling was raised in Pequannock, NJ, where her passion for reading and writing led her to major in English while attending Montclair State University. Her desire to help others led her to a career in Human Resources. Keri is married to her childhood sweetheart, Bill, and resides in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. They share their life, love of family, passion for education, and volunteerism with their two children, Holly and Will.

Lisa Funari-Willever is from Trenton, NJ, and was formerly a teacher in the Trenton Public Schools. She is a graduate of Trenton State College and a seasoned author. Rosie O’Donnell, First Lady Laura Bush, and the NJ Battle of the Books have honored her books in 2005 and 2007. She currently resides in Mansfield, NJ with her husband Todd and their three children, Jessica, Patrick, and Timothy. Their family is in the process of adopting a little girl from Moldova.
