NEW YORK— October 13, 2020—Morgan James’ new release, The Diabetes LIFEMAP: Data Driven Diabetes Care for the 21st Century, by David Bleich, MD, transforms the old model of physician-oriented care to a personalized, patient-focused, data-driven model for the 21st century. The Diabetes LIFEMAP is the roadmap for a cloud-based diabetes management platform that provides real-time diabetes care in and out of the office.
As an expert in type 1 and type 2 diabetes, David Bleich, MD, paves the road for patients and healthcare providers to collaborate in achieving goals of diabetes care. Bleich presents case studies that reinforce common scenarios experienced by many patients with diabetes. For patients, The Diabetes LIFEMAP provides real-time diabetes care that changes a “tough-to-manage” disease into a shared, personal, and efficient management experience. Bleich’s LIFEMAP can be used as a stand-alone diabetes management tool or can be combined with our cloud based LIFEMAP platform through GoMo Health. Now care can be delivered seamlessly at home for both provider and patient.
The Diabetes LIFEMAP is the playbook for 21st century diabetes care. It offers an outline of the basic principles of insulin secretion and explains how the LIFEMAP evolved and why it is such a powerful management tool. In The Diabetes LIFEMAP, David Bleich, MD, provides case studies to reinforce basic concepts of LIFEMAP diabetes care with real world examples. Bleich hopes to aid healthcare providers and patients in overcoming diabetes, in order to yield optimal results with an intuitive and noninvasive treatment plan.
