NEW YORK—Aug. 17, 2021—Morgan James’ new release, Ally Up: The Definitive Guide to Inclusive, Innovative, and Productive Teams, by Di Circuolo, examines diversity, equality, and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace and its role in creating and maintaining inclusive, productive teams.
With companies encouraging inclusive workplaces by creating new policies and changing hiring practices, an emphasis on social justice, inclusion, and human rights called allyship is missing. Insiders at top tech companies share eye-opening stories of what DEI is like at Silicon Valley and beyond, prompting Circuolo to explain its purpose in every business and how to establish and support it. She understands DEI requires action from both leaders and employees and addresses the ways and hindrances to achieving that goal. She aims to show leaders how to use their resources to its optimum by drawing information from various sources and to include a diverse group of employees with various backgrounds who can express their viewpoints and ideas to create or offer a product from different angles.
Ally Up is a guide to promote inclusive, productive teams to help leaders see problems and solutions from a different perspective and to learn ways to solve a problem.
