NEW YORK—October 3, 2017—Morgan James’s new release, Because Crack is Illegal: A 30-Day Devotional for Moms by Raema Mauriello, is a funny, personable collection of support and sanity for Christian women starting or experiencing motherhood.
Motherhood is an experience that is difficult to truly define. Thousands of concerns and feelings rush through the mind daily and each new experience is both a test and an adventure. Through these experiences, finding camaraderie through motherhood can be the saving grace for any mother. Because Crack is Illegal: A 30-Day Devotional for Moms is an excellent resource for these women. Transparent and witty, Raema Mauriello takes readers on a journey of victory, personal reflection, and the daily comedy that is motherhood.
Because Crack is Illegal is more than a book for mothers. It is a hand reaching out to women who want a deeper relationship and trust in both Jesus and their role as a parent. With great anecdotes mixed with superb scripture application, the writing helps encourage personal growth and a better mindset accomplished through reflection and entertaining stories. For thirty days, mothers can experience a journey much like their own, and learn from both the successes and failures presented in the stories.
Bringing the experience of a pastor and a mother of four children, Raema Mauriello gives readers a wonderfully accessible and personal insight into the life of a fellow mother and woman of God.
