About the Author: Des Bowman grew up in a traumatic home environment, where he was exposed to domestic violence. From his own experience, he has a deep understanding of the effects being subject to this violence has on children, and how they carry those experiences into their adult relationships. After his sixteen year journey to find healing, Des is passionate about helping others recover from their own tumultuous childhoods.
