About the Author:
Ken Pasch worked for 30 years to explore, test, and develop his process, which revolutionizes the tools available to leaders. After a successful flying career in the USAF, Ken used his education to lead medical centers where he found himself struggling to be a good leader. Through years of exploring how to become a better leader, Ken developed the Successful Ventures in Human Dynamics TM model, which serves as the basis for the entire KiVisions Leader Development Process. Ken earned a Bachelor’s in Health Policy Administration from Penn State and a Master’s in Business with an emphasis on Management at the University of Northern Colorado.
