NEW YORK—Nov. 2, 2021—Morgan James’ new release, Yeshua’s Thief: A Novel, by R.E. Addison, is the fictional story of the family of a thief, featuring themes of sacrifice, redemption, and romance.
Set in 28 A.D., Yeshua’s Thief tells the story of Ezekiel, the son of a thief who comes home one day with the task to keep a jewel-encrusted, gold dagger safe while he is away. Eight years go by and when his father is presumed dead, Eziekiel sells the dagger, despite the warnings that someone in his family will die if he does so. Years later, Ezekiel’s father returns in chains, claiming the only way to earn his freedom and save his life is to return the stolen dagger.
A fresh perspective on the story of the Cross, Yeshua’s Thief emphasizes that anyone’s past can be forgiven. A novel for adults of all ages, Yeshua’s Thief highlights the need for forgiveness and shows that a person’s family is not what defines them.
