About the Author: Annette Valentine is the author of Eastbound from Flagstaff, a love story based on her father and her debut novel, published in 2019. She graduated with distinction from Purdue University and founded an interior design business which spanned a 34-year career in Lafayette, Indiana and Brentwood, Tennessee. Annette’s design expertise spans from the White House to architectural design for Habitat for Humanity housing to the house next door. She advocates for victims and survivors of human trafficking and speaks in public forums through an 18-year-long affiliation with Toastmasters International.
