About the Author:
Maxwell Jacobs is an English Novelist and short story writer, and a world traveler. He was raised by his grandparents in the north of England, where he first discovered his love of writing. At the age of sixteen, he began an apprenticeship with a local newspaper, and at the age of twenty he moved to New York to work in the publishing industry. Throughout his 20’s he lived in Paris to devote himself to writing. In his early 30’s he moved to Mexico to begin working on his first novel, and later to Switzerland to begin In Another Country, and Besides. He currently lives in Zürich, Switzerland.
