NEW YORK—Dec. 14, 2021—Morgan James’ new release, Bridging the Gap: An Inside Look at Communications and Relationships After Traumatic Events, by Glen Williams, provides help in rephrasing traumatic events so they can be shared safely, bridging the gap in communication that currently exists.

Bridging the Gap details Glen Williams’ journey from an optimistic rookie police officer to a jaded veteran, sharing his traumatic events, how they developed into PTSD, and how his inability to communicate began to deteriorate his life. Having learned how to open up and develop good relationships, Williams helps others who have experienced trauma prevent, reduce, and work through PTSD.

By showing how to build resilience to prevent problems related to traumatic events and PTSD, Bridging the Gap assists in reducing the effects trauma can have on personal relationships. Bridging the Gap encourages anyone who has experienced a traumatic event to maintain open and honest communication so they can begin and rebuild strong relationships in life.
